*1 Up to two (2) Contributor Member representatives may be appointed to the Board for one-year terms, as voted by the Board of Directors. | |||||||
*2 MID fee: $7,500/year for 2 MIDs. $7,500/year for each MID thereafter. Accelerator members: MID fee waived in Year 3; full MID fee applies from Year 4. Distributors, installers, and resellers who do not manufacture or brand products do not require a MID. | |||||||
*3 Participation in certain Working Groups and Committees dependent upon membership level. Members can join Working Groups and Committees in the member portal. |
