At the heart of South London, Enclave: Croydon stands as Europe’s largest modular residential development – and one of its most connected.
Designed for modern urban living, this landmark project redefines what’s possible when scalable architecture meets interoperable smart home technology.
Across 817 apartments, integrator Link It Solutions Ltd and manufacturer Nice delivered a fully networked ecosystem powered by Z-Wave. The result is a living environment that’s energy-efficient, intuitive, and built to evolve.
Inside each apartment:
- Lighting control
- Temperature control
- Energy management through Nice Heat Controllers, Fibaro Dimmer 2 modules, and Aeotec Energy Meters
All in all, nearly 4,000 Z-Wave devices work together throughout the building.
At the building level, 208 Nice Yubii Home Pro Gateways provide seamless scalability and reliability, all unified through the Nice Cloud Platform for centralized management and monitoring.
This collaboration between Link It Solutions and Nice represents a milestone for connected living in Europe and a blueprint for the next generation of modular developments now underway across the EMEA region, including upcoming projects with more than 500 apartments each.
