Philips Smart Locks will debut in American Market at CES 2020

As the entry-level product of the smart home, smart lock not only plays an important role in fulfilling the complete strategic layout of Philips-branded products but also a very significant step for Philips to advance in the smart home business. 

On January 7th, 2020, Philips Digital Door Lock will debut at the CES, and kick off in the American market, which would be a new chapter for the globalization of Philips-branded products.

With Philips Smart Lock, you don’t have to worry about whether the door is locked up, whether the children arrive at home on time, or if you must leave someone at home to let the cleaner to access your home. Moreover, you no longer have to worry about losing or leaving the key at home, because you are the key.

Benson Wu, general manager of Philips Digital Door Lock, said “Always focus on user’s demands is the fundamental principle of Philips Digital Door Lock, we won’t blindly develop any impractical, tedious or unstable functions.”

Philips Digital Door Lock now has a complete product range that consists of 5 series with 11 models totally, namely 9000 series push-pull locks, 7000 series lever locks, Alpha series full auto push-pull locks, 6000 series smart locks specially developed for project channel and 5000 series rim locks to meet different needs for different scenarios.

In 2019, Philips 9200 has won many industrial design awards, i.e. AWE Design Award, Sunflower Technology Innovation Award and Good Design Award, which proved Philips Digital Door Lock remains fully committed to innovation. The new products such as 7300, 7100DS, Pi, etc., which are successively launched in 2019, have ultimately reached the user’s expectation. For example, adopted with fingerprint lever, Philip 7300 enables the user one grip to unlock, which brings the user a more convenient unlocking experience.

Focusing on users’ demands, product security and user experience, Philips Digital Door Lock has gained outstanding performance in China and Southeast Asia. After exhibiting in CES 2020, Philips Digital Door Lock hopefully will blossom in the American market, which will further bring a huge impact on the digital door lock industry.
