John E. Osborne II is currently Vice President at LEEDARSON North America, Vice Chairman of the Z-Wave Alliance and Chair Emeritus of The Zigbee Alliance. In these capacities he helps educate and grow the IoT market globally. LEEDARSON is a global provider in traditional and connected lighting and IoT sensors.
John has extensive experience in new product development, rapid product commercialization, systems innovations, and operations improvement. He has demonstrated ability to manage and inspire multi-cultural, internal-external teams. He is a skilled communicator and presenter and has a sound background in budgeting, resource allocation and operations efficiency.

Mark Reimer is VP, Product Engineering at ADT, the nation’s leading smart home security provider. He is a member of the ADT Consumer Privacy Taskforce and develops consumer privacy policy and industry guidelines to enhance customer-focused privacy within ADT and the industry at large. Mark loves to learn how things work. Growing up as a digital native, he wrote his first computer program before starting kindergarten. He started his career automating tedious, time-consuming tasks and imagined a world where technology adapts to you and takes care of things on your behalf. Today he is building the technology he dreamed of – a helpful home security solution that is natural and supportive.

Gustaf Lonaeus oversees the development of Alarm.com’s products and solutions for energy management, home automation, and partner integrations. Gustaf has spent the last 10+ years at Alarm.com becoming an expert in product management, low power wireless networking, UI & UX development, and HVAC system control. Gustaf has a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts in Pysics and Mathematics from Colby College, and a Bachelor of Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering and Control Systems from Thayer Engineering School at Dartmouth.

Moorman is the CoFounder of STRATIS, a RealPage Company, and SaaS Platform for large-scale Internet of Things installations. STRATIS was named a top ten “Best Company in America” by Entrepreneur Magazine and ranked in the top twenty percent of Inc Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Companies” three consecutive years prior to acquisition. Moorman was simultaneous CEO of BuLogics, which designed, built, and certified hardware, software, and ecosystems for the Internet of Things.

Mitchell Klein joined the Z-Wave Alliance in September 2015, with over 30 years of experience as a results-driven leader in the CE and smart home industries. As the director of business development for Universal Remote Control, Klein was a key member of the senior team that grew URC from a remote control company to a smart home integration system supplier. The CEO at the award-winning integration firm Media Systems for 14 years, Mitchell was CEDIA’s first two-term President, launching the organization’s certification program, as well as its first regional events and media tours. Mitchell is a CEDIA Fellow and committee chair, and has been recognized with over 22 awards.
